Terms

These terms explain what you get when you order a Kindly Join Us digital invitation, and what we each agree to.

1. Who we are

Kindly Join Us is run by Shahzad Haider, 25 Hood Close, Croydon, CR0 3SN, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@kindlyjoinus.com.

2. What you buy

You buy a personal invitation web page with its own link. Your guests open it in their browser. There is no app.

  • Premium (£39 / $49): events on one day, with 3 included, your story and a photo gallery, and your guests reply on WhatsApp. You can add up to 3 more events for £7.99 / $9.99 each. Ready in 4–7 days.
  • Luxe (£75 / $99): everything in Premium, plus events over several days, with 6 included, and richer motion as your guests scroll. Ready in 1–2 weeks.
  • Custom (from £147 / $189): we design your invitation around your idea, using our sections. New layouts or new animations cost extra. We confirm the price, and the date, before you pay. We may reuse the design (its colours, fonts, layout and any artwork we drew for the design itself) for other couples. We never reuse your names, photos, words, any painting of you or your venue, or artwork you send us.
  • Add-ons: express delivery, AI painting, custom wax seal (Garden Romance only) and custom envelope (Garden Romance Premium only). Each price shows in the order form. Express delivery means ready within 24 hours of having everything we need from you. It is not available with Custom. AI painting may take longer.

Every package includes a private preview before anything goes live and two rounds of changes. The time to make your invitation starts once we have all your details.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds (£) or US dollars ($), and you pay in the currency shown when you order. You pay once, in advance, by card. There is no subscription. VAT: we’re not VAT-registered, so our prices include no VAT.

For Premium and Luxe you pay the full price, with any extra events and add-ons, by card when you order, on Stripe’s secure page. For Custom, we confirm the price and the date first, then send you a private link to pay.

4. Your content

You send us the names, photos and words for your invitation. You must have the right to use them. We may refuse content that is unlawful or hurtful. If you send us your own song, you must have the right to use it.

5. Your link

Your invitation lives at a link like yournames.kindlyjoinus.com. Anyone who has the link can see it, so share it with care. We ask search engines not to show it in their results. It stays online until 10 days after your last event. Then it shows a short page saying the invitation has ended.

6. Changes and your preview

We send you a private preview link first. You can then ask for two rounds of changes. Your invitation goes live when you are happy with it.

7. Cancelling

How cancelling works, and when you get money back, is on our refunds page.

8. Our liability

If something goes wrong because of us, the most we will pay is the price you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

9. The law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we change these terms, the version you agreed to when you ordered still applies to your order.
