Refunds

This page explains how cancelling an order works and when you get a refund.

1. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of ordering. When you order, you ask us to start straight away. So if you cancel, you pay for the work we’ve already done, and we refund the rest, in the steps below. Once you’ve approved your invitation, it’s finished and you can no longer cancel.

2. Our refund promise

The more of your invitation we’ve made, the less we refund. These are the steps when you cancel within 14 days of ordering:

• Before you send us your details (we haven’t started): a full refund.
• After you send your details, before your first draft: we refund half.
• After we send your first draft: we refund 20%. The first draft is most of the work, about 80% of it.
• Once you’ve approved your invitation: no refund. It’s finished.

Add-ons: an add-on we haven’t started, such as guest emails we haven’t sent yet, is refunded in full. An add-on we’ve started follows the same steps as your order.

3. How to ask, and how we refund

Write to hello@kindlyjoinus.com with your name and the email you ordered with. We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days.
