Your invitation is ready in 24 hours. The 24 hours start once we have your photos, wording and details, so please reply quickly when we ask. You can add Express to Premium or Luxe, but not to Custom. AI painting may take longer.
AI painting
Send us a photo of the two of you, or of your venue. We turn it into a painting, made with AI, for your invitation. It’s ready within your normal delivery time.
Custom wax seal
Garden Romance already opens with a seal showing your initials. This one is designed for you, in your colours, with Premium or Luxe. It’s ready within your normal delivery time.
Custom envelope
Garden Romance Premium opens from an envelope. This one is made in your colours. It’s ready within your normal delivery time.

Email usHow do guests open it?
They tap your link on WhatsApp, Instagram, a text or an email. It opens in their browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install.
How do guests reply?
They tap reply, write their name and choose yes or no. WhatsApp opens with the message already written to you. Premium and Luxe both include it, and we keep a copy for you.
How long does my invitation stay online?
Until 10 days after your last event. Then it shows a kind “this invitation has ended” page.
Can we have several events?
Yes. Mehndi, nikah and walima, or welcome drinks, ceremony and brunch. Premium is for events on one day: it includes 3, and you can add up to 3 more for £7.99 each. Luxe is for events over several days: it includes 6 events. Each event gets its own time, venue, dress code, map and calendar button.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of changes after you see your private preview.
How long does it take?
Premium is ready in 4–7 days and Luxe in 1–2 weeks, once we have all your details. You see a private preview before anything goes live. Need it sooner? Add Express delivery: ready in 24 hours once we have everything. AI painting may take longer. For Custom, we agree the date with you.
Can you design one around our idea?
Yes. With Custom, from £147, we design your invitation around your idea: the colours, fonts, artwork or photos. New layouts or new animations cost extra, and we confirm the price before you pay. We may use the design again for other couples, but never your names, photos or words. We take on 5 custom designs a month.
Is it easy for older relatives?
Yes. They just tap the link. There is no app and no sign-up, it opens in their usual browser, and there is a calmer version for anyone who prefers less motion.
Do you keep our guests’ details?
We keep what your guests type into the reply form: their name, their answer, how many are coming to each event, any note, and any other answers on the form. A reply never includes their phone number. We delete replies 30 days after your invitation closes, and we email you the list before we do. If you choose an add-on that needs them, we use the names, and any family or group, number of seats and contact details you send us, for that job only.
